Team Liquid, this is my first ever blog post so please excuse my general noobyness. Also, my English sucks so you'll have to excuse that as well cos I said so.
I come here today to tell you a story. A story of one man so great, so mighty, so manly, and oh so classy, that it should be six hundred pages long. No, not over nine thousand. He isn't that epic. I speak, of course, of ESV.Diamond.

Diamond has been around since the days of SC2 beta, promoting the world of Esports, Starcraft, and even Team Liquid with IccupTV. He created the first singles league in the beta, the ITL. (http://wiki.teamliquid.net/starcraft2/ICCup_TV_League). He helped to push out the maps that
we all know and love to be featured in various tournaments. He was the taskmasterkind man who used the whip hugs and friendship to force the iccuptv map team to make maps for iccuptv tournaments. And then used the same whip hugs and friendship to have the iccuptv casting team bring quality content to the masses.

He's worked tirelessly to try to bring sponsors to support the tournaments, in order to reward the players with some nice prizes. And recently, his hard work paid off. The former Iccuptv Korean Weekly (now the ESVTV Korean Weekly) is about to go into its 11th week, with $200 USD or more as the prize pool. The man has even struck a deal with GSL so that the winner of the monthly finals gets GSL code A. He essentially created the best tournament (next to the GSL) for fans to watch their favorite top tier korean players battle it out, week after week. This paragon of man has overworked himself to the brink of death. He's had doctors tell him he needs to take a week off from all this work stress, as it's literally killing him. Did he back down? Fuck no! He told the doctor to shove it up her ass (I like to think of his doctor has a hot blonde who has fallen madly in love with him, due to his extreme manlyness), and went on to stay up all night in order to make sure the korean players didn't have to play at odd hours of the day for his tournament. And then he CASTED THE GOD DAMN GAMES FOR SEVERAL HOURS STRAIGHT WHILE ON THE BRINK OF DEATH.

Now, what's the point of all this sucking up to Diamond? Well, since I "work" for ESVTV, he required me to do it IT'S HIS MOTHERFUCKING BIRTHDAY. So for starters, I'd like to apologize to Diamond for being such a worthless worker. I'm sorry for falling asleep on you during the first ever weekly. I'm sorry for doing diddly shit. Most of all, I want you to have a kick ass birthday. A birthday full of peace, love, and Starcraft. Happy birthday man, and take a god damn break... the doctor ordered it.
So, anyone reading this and who is a fan of ESV.Diamond. Please find a way to tell him happy birthday! My suggestion? Pour gasoline on your lawns in order to spell out happy birthday diamond, and take a picture of it before you call the fire department.

P.P.S. His birthday is 9/25. While it may still be 9/24 in the U.S.A., all starcraft fans are permanently on KST. Which is why this was posted right now.
