When I am not practicing SC2, I am going to be practicing boxing. I recently watched a video of Muhammed Ali and it inspired me to start boxing, so I am doing situps and using a dumb bell to build some muscle. I am going to be doing this until I am strong enough to train properly and compete. I am excited about this.
Today was the OSL finals, and boy were they amazing. If you haven't seen it yet, I won't spoil it, but watch it on Nevake or something <3 It was the second BW finals I've ever watched, since I am fairly new to the competitive Brood War scene, but it was certainly the best. There was so much drama, tension. No SC2 finals has ever gotten me like that, except when MC is involved. I was on the edge of my seat, watching the players every move, scared in case it goes wrong.
Just so you know, I was cheering for Jangbi, since I prefer Protoss in BW. I am now a life-long fan, he showed some good games. When it was over, I immediately went on to iCCup to play some BW, but that was down, so I played against the computer for four hours. I was so inspired and motivated to play, it was a sick tournament. I am going to start watching more pro Brood War, because there's nothing like it.

I'm glad Jangbi came back...but before just now, he was such a pain to be a fan of.
He had an amazing debut when he first started tearing shit up in Proleague, but slowly started to decline before just falling over dead after his loss to Bisu in MSL.
It's good that he's back in shape, but we'll see how long it lasts...

You don't need to put on muscle before you start training, assuming you're strong enough to pick up your gloves (and even then...). Part of training is improving your strength and endurance, so don't be afraid to hit the boxing gym tomorrow!

Jangbi has been playing just freaking amazing lately. He is a true delight to watch, his play style is so fluid, almost as good as watching Bisu tear intro a fresh Zerg. I'm glad you became a BW fan, and that you got to see such an amazing BW series.

I like BW more than SC2, the units, the atmosphere, the feel, the players - it is just a great experience overall. I still think SC2 has a long way to come, HotS should be good.
@Sooch - the warmup for the gym I will go to is pretty steep.

I do play on iCCup on occassion, but when I was super pumped it was down. :{ Fish is also full of viruses, right?
Also, I didn't spoil it. I just said he showed some good games. :D

Anyone watch Maywether vs Ortiz today? I love how Ortiz head butts Maywether on purpose. Then the ref takes a point away and times the match in. Ortiz tries to hug Mayweather, and Maywether knocks him the F out. lol. I don't see how anyone can complain about Maywether. I mean Ortiz head butted the dude on purpose. Once the ref times the fight in, protect yourself at all times....

@Kiante, when I read the Brood War Server guide thing, it said you have to do it correctly or you'll install all manner of Spyware? Might've been a different server, but I'm pretty sure.
