In regards to starcraft 2, I really have semmed to have hit a brick wall/plateau in my play since season 2. So I reached high platinum level after going up the ranks, and suddenly I went on a 7 lose streak and it reminded me of when I first bought starcraft and played online where I just lost and lost and lost. I just groan at every matchup as if its my least favourite as I feel like I have fell out of love with playing the game
I always get fustrated at losses and after losing and losing I got my wake up call of a demotion to gold coming up when I started coming up against 4 gates and baneling busts
Basically in TvP I literally have a 5% winrate and it just always seems as if how good I macro or micro I will always lose. I dont like complaining about balance but ive been going down in skill so much that when I play TvP I just keep repeating myself that if I dont end the game early on im garunteed to lose. And whenever I do win a TvP its when the protoss really fucks up and it isnt because I am doing anything good at all.
In TvZ I am doing well with a 50% win rate ( I know that is terrible but its good for somebody who has gone down in skill as much as me ) but whenever I play against any decent zerg who isnt terrible I always lose and I only ever win when the zerg makes mistakes, with my only wins coming from them not pulling drones properly during reactor hellion openers and also them not reacting to bunker rushes appropriatly. After that I always lose.
In TvT I watched GSL and listened to artosis and tasteless and I just said herp derp lets go mech because thats what koreans do. Big mistake. Platinum ( more like low gold after how much my mmr has gone down ) always over compensate and as soon as they see a hellion they put 10 marauders in each mineral line and drop the shit out of me even if I have turrets up, and like always I only win when they either pick the wrong unit compistion, catch them out of posistion or if I catch them off guard with hellion drops... If we ever go into the late game they roll me for whatever reason.
So basically tl;dr I am burnt out as fuck on starcraft 2 only playing like 3 games a day and I keep losing and losing and losing ever since season 2 even though I have no idea why. I really love starcraft but I cant drive myself to play it when every session ends up with me feeling really like hot or something and sweaty and also very fustrated. I envy the pros who play starcraft who just win and win and win and dont have to deal with being beat by stupid shit and smashing up the edge of their desks.
Feels bad man

You should consider getting someone to teach you how to play TvP so you get a better understanding. Ask a master league friend or player or get some lessons.
It's not that bad, just people get stuck with a mindset of how to play when others understand the matchup better.

Isn't it season 3?
On topic: don't forget other people get better too, they're catching up with you. When you get better you will remain on the same spot, if you get better a lot, you'll get a promotion.

It is not true that the top players don't lose a lot as Day9 pointed out in a daily, some of them have ladder records with 500-1000+ losses. And those who don't lose a lot in the ladder surely lose a lot in their practice games as well.
I was in your shoes once and felt like I plateau-ed when I was in platinum level 5 months ago. I could not clearly understand why I was losing and I thought that I did not understand the matchups well enough, as I thought I had better macro than the opponents I was facing. I was really frustrated.
So I decided to get cheap coaching from coLFirezerg and he really opened my eyes to the numerous amount of things I was doing wrong but just could not see. And I also found out my macro and mechanics were so laughable at that point in time.
it was only one lesson, but it taught me a whole lot about my flaws and play and what I should be doing to get better(most of it is mechanics and macro). And from that day on, I've approached each loss with a positive learning attitude as I believe that I learn much more from my losses than my wins. Even if I felt that I played better than my opponents but still lost, I know in reality I did not play better and made mistakes that lost me those games.
I've attained Masters as a result so far too!
So don't give up if you love playing starcraft, just get other people to watch your replays or observe you in customs(make sure they're high masters to grandmasters). You'll be surprised at how many things you're doing wrong that you cannot see with your own eyes, starting from your basic mechanics.
