We had a couple adoptions, one of an older cat named Buzz. Teddy was adopted with Toby, as well. It's sad that Teddy and Baby (Teddy Bear and Baby Bear) were separated...Baby is diabetic and needs insulin, so he's in a foster home. It would have been better if Teddy and Baby had been in the foster home together, but I'm not in charge, so what can you do.
Dennis, the kitty I rescued, goes back to the vet tomorrow morning. Poor guy has so many things wrong with him. I wish he'd stop sleeping in his litterbox though; he's all filthy! He's going to need another bath at the vet...
Simon is getting fat; we need to keep an eye on him. I should have written that down. We don't need another thirty-pounder; we already have Kirby and I'm always scared that he's going to have a heart attack.
Bud turned out to be FIV positive, so he's in the office with Bailey, Bekham, and Kringle. It's a good thing we walled off part of the exterior area of the feral room and installed a cat flap in the office wall; this way the FIV cats have more space. The patio areas for the two smaller rooms are almost done as well - the construction is going really quickly!
Lastly, we have a new arrival by the name of Kithee (???) who isn't doing so well...I don't know if her ear was burned or it was bitten but according to the person who called us, it's been like that for a month (A MONTH?!?) and it's definitely infected. Some people...sheesh. She's going with Dennis to the vet tomorrow, so hopefully she'll get sorted out.
That's pretty much everything worth covering. IPL Day 14 later tonight; VERY exciting!! I can't wait. Go White-Ra! Go Mana!
I should get some recording equipment/program so I can document my ascension from nublet to PROtoss (my trademark terrible pun - trademark because I say it all the time) for all of you weird people who actually like me for some reason to watch. -intake breath now-
