Lol i had a read through that blog. AOE2 was the first rts i played and it was great, but isn't remotely comparable to the epicness that is BW!

WCG 2009 was magical. kolll taking 4th place, Advokate taking a game off Jaedong, the Chinese crowd that was super, super loud and gave me chills while watching from my computer seat here in the United States.
And then there was PJ, doing clever builds to stick it to the Koreans. He gets a huge lead against Bisu and pretty much has the game won, but loses it due to DT's and is really disappointed. Then he plays Stork, takes the first game on Python and loses on Colosseum in one of the best PvP's I've ever seen. Someone reported in the live report thread (back when they were used for talking about the games rather than simply whining about the balance of the game :/) that PJ had won the series and everyone got super excited, but he ended up losing. 
It all ended up in the finals of Stork vs. Jaedong which did not disappoint anyone. I'm gonna have to watch these games again, so epic.

Tastosis had so much more energy then. Their excitement matches the speed of the game, whereas in SC2 it's honestly more difficult for them to find stuff to yell about sincerely.
