Same as before except you add one round to each exercice and with more impact and intensity. Instead of 100 crunches you do 200 crunches
Well my exercices are lot more intense and it's starting to get harder! I switched weights. Heavier in fact, using 2x8,5kg dumbells. Alltough it doesn't seem much, the fast pace and intensity of the workout make it really hard, combined with the pushups, squats, lunges, etc.
I'm not quiet happy with my results it doesn't seem like my body changed a lot. Maybe a bit slimmer but i expected a lot more! I might be hard on myself but guess what i give all my energy and expect to see better results!
Perhaps it's my diet that slightly changed, eating a bit more what i want, drinking a soda, apart from that no junk food. I still focus on the chicken, rice, carbs got increased tough.
Anyways i'll keep you uptodated for the final results on day90!
Just read in your other entry this is P90, looking good so far, keep it up! I've been thinking about doing P90X myself, it's just sitting there though I haven't started haha (on the plus side my chin up bar arrived today :D ) I'll be looking out for your 90th day blog.
I definitely think you're being too hard on yourself (seeing your disappointment). I in fact found your results to be inspiring to do some strict routine myself, keep it up!

I've been thinking of doing it too but never got around to buying the weights / pull up bar for it :T
OT: Serious props for your determination, keep it up!
Great job! I'm inspired that you could cut your body fat so significantly in just 60 days. That is a really really short time, so don't be disappointed.
Your training regiment is pretty heavy... stay healthy!
this is looking awesome OP ! im trying to do the same, but i think i should do more cardio instead of building muscles as I do now... cuz i wanna lose fat...
You should be really freaking happy with the results you've got. Almost nobody is able to make their body change that much in 2 months, and I can tell you from a neutral perspective that your body looks *much* better already. Keep it up man.
Good work I went from ~180lbs to 163lbs in the past couple months too, feels good. I can definitely see a change in your body shape as well. I'm trying to lose maybe another 5-10lbs in fat, which might make me a little light for my height, but I definitely want all my abdominal fat gone.
If you are looking to slim out, I would highly recommend long-distance running. When I started I first changed my eating habits which got things rolling and I started doing resistance training again, which was showing results. But once I started running 3-5 miles a day, holy did the fat just start melting off. Nothing has compared to the fat loss and core work that the long distance running has done for me. Even if you just start with 1 mile before and after your workout, I'm positive you'll start seeing better results (slimmer) and get addicted to running like I did. Plus if you suck at running, you're body is going to adjust its weight so you'll hit a strength to weight ratio where running just becomes effortless.
So keep up the work, and if you're willing to try something, start with 1 mile before and after your workout, and you'll definitely start slimming out quicker.

Thanks man! What prevents you starting P90x? I know mentally you'll need to be strong to survive this long journey that P90X is!! Those chin ups gonna be a killer

Cheers man! I tend to be close to a perfectionnist when i invest my heart and soul into something - Therefor when results aren't close to what i was hoping, hugh frustration and anger resulting!

You lost a total of 17,5lbs and only went down 15lbs => You're doing it right
You can be pretty happy with the results you've got. Keep working it!
I sure will! P90MasterSeries & P90X waiting on the side! (not even speaking P90X2 and insanity )

Everything started like this for me, i was lifting small weights, trying few pushups and i was content. Untill i realized my body will never change untill i do the correct adjustments. While surfing i found this neat program and the hugh community behind it. It's easy to use, fast to grasp the exercises, all then need is commitment and hugh discipline! Go look for it!

Well thanks Razith, that's something i will have to think about! Alltough i'm more a natural swimmer than a runner. This program doesn't look much but after 60 days with bad sleeping patterns and lack of sleep it's getting tougher to go through it every day. If i wasn't mentally strong i would have allready listened to my ankle pain and my 2 fucked up knees . So the advice is taken but i let it go for now! The next program i'll be following has a lot more cardio like plyo exercices and such!
Congratulations to your weight loss and stamina/cardio gain. That's something you should be proud off! Keep it up and i hope you'll see encouraging results as the days are passing by!
