I know a lot of people here love all things Korean and I was thinking of starting a little vlog on youtube to run tandem with my game replays (when I have time to post them!) of me showcasing, explaining, possibly cooking and eating various Korean foods. I live in South Korea so it would all be authentic. Would any of you all be interested in watching something like that and if you are, what might you want to see?

yeah please, i've been thinking about trying to cook some korean food for a while

I'll start small with some Korean snack items and maybe post a couple this weekend as my schedule just opened up. I'll post links when they're up. If I get a good response, I'll take the show on the road and get some man-on-the-street things at restaurants and street vendors.

I've never had authentic korean food but I've heard it is very good. Yeah I think I was talking about bon chon or something related. Sorry if that is not authentic korean I am a newb to korean cuisine

It's pretty easy, just marinate the shortribs and throw em on a grill. They're perfect when the inside is still a little bit pink. You can probably google kalbi/galbi and get marinade recipes that way.

I've eaten the 양념치킨 plenty of times and never knew how they cooked it. But I won't be cooking fried chicken in my tiny little apartment kitchen, that's way too involved. Sorry. ^^

I think I'll start with some snacks, as I said, then do some kimchi jjighae and/or chamchi jjighae and go from there.
