There's a specific way of frying chicken which is often called "Korean fried chicken" in America. | ||

But I won't be cooking fried chicken in my tiny little apartment kitchen, that's way too involved. Sorry. ^^ I think I'll start with some snacks, as I said, then do some kimchi jjighae and/or chamchi jjighae and go from there. -S- | ||
