Just pick up the phone, call her and ask her out somewhere. Drinks, movie, bowling, golf, park, food, whatever it doesn't matter. The confidence will definitely be recognized by your bold move and you'll have yourself an answer. If she says no, well don't beat yourself up, knowing is better than not knowing and you can just move on to the next girl. If she says yes, you have an in! Just be yourself, be polite and be fun and you'll have her waiting for the next date. This isn't some science with builds and timing windows like in starcraft; so don't get worked up about the small details. The girl obviously likes you and will be thrilled to be asked out by you.
