Find Practice Partners

As you all probably know, practice makes perfect. Practice can be done is a whole lot of ways, playing vs ai… playing on the ladder and playing with a practice partner.

So how are the Pro-teams so good? Especially the ones in Korea such as SlayerS, oGs, and IM.

Well this is because they all have really great practice partners who are on a similar skill set which push the other to improve.

So I suggest that you do the same. Now it is quite easy to get to know people who are in the Starcraft 2 community, most people use community sites like Team Liquid etc… to find these partners.

Why play with partner instead of just laddering?

Well when you play with a partner, you can ask each other to do certain strategies against each other that will help you get use to facing them and knowing how to handle them when you do play a competitive match on the ladder or tournament.

The best practice partner for each player is different, try to find someone who takes the game as serious as you do and around the same skill level. A very simple guideline would be to ask for people who are in the same League as you are on the ladder.
