I expect the competition to be real fierce this season, have you seen Trozz's syllable micro? But I think you can take it. Just don't let Glider draw on your blogs and you'll be fine.

Just don't let Glider draw on your blogs and you'll be fine. I actually heard a rumour from some Korean pro-bloggers on Twitter that Glider is opening up a completely new style this season. They call it "sketchblogging" - essentially, he just freehand draws an image of your blog, but perfect in every possible way. It's a pencil sketch that shows off features other people might not have even noticed your blog even had. The only difference is that where it once said "SirJolt" it now says "Glider." I'm not sure how to even approach it yet. + Show Spoiler + I only really need to worry if other players emulate it. I wouldn't put it past FuDDx to make an entire blog out of balloons... What hope is there left for me then?

a.) Your multitask is a little weak. I'd recommend opening several more browsers while working in Word - and if you can't juggle multiple documents simultaneously, you're not going to do very well in the face of early Flame War aggression. Most low Silver and Gold players like to come out the gate with quick flames and if you aren't able to have multiple responses developing at once you're going to get run over around the 2-page mark. b.) It looks like you are trying to develop your own gameplan - you are very focused on shifting the metapost. The truth of the matter is that proposting is going on 12 years now and the meta has been largely developed; there are set openings with intricate grammar windows that you really need to learn first. From there it is more a function of refining the message and developing unique headers, instead of trying to build a post from scratch when the reality is you really can't compete with the established templates. c.) You're spending a bit too much time on risky, one-dimensional all-in posts. You commit everything to the page in the opening post and if the other posters deflect or flame it, you're basically done. While you can rack up a lot of cred posting rapid-fire in short threads, you're also not going to learn a lot and when you find yourself in a 10 or 20-page postwar, you're going to be outclassed time and again.

Also there were like 15 to 20 seconds at the end of your video of you doing nothing. 0 WPM. It's not over until you hit post my friend, and even though you think you may have it you gotta keep going til the very end. I'm not gonna lie, with the fierce competition and the Koreans your chances are slim, but good luck to you nonetheless.

If you really wanna change it up then a Comic Sans maybe once for a bo5 but Cambria is just a bad strat. Why don't I just go the whole hog and start fingerpainting my blog posts with my own semen?

I'm an art-blogger but have been thinking of switching to Starcraft since Webster refuses to nerf verbs and I just don't know what to do. I know you're supposed to wall-in with commas and semi-colons, but no matter what I try, they always manage to find a hole, and once they're in, it's just a matter of time before they follow up with expletives. Am I doing something wrong or do I really just need to switch subjects? Sentence run-on all-ins are actually not that hard to hold with some good punctuation micro. The idea is to hold back the sentences with semicolons and commas while stalling until you have period tech out. Once you have period tech its easy to target-slice large clusters of words. The tricky part is holding out waiting for periods, you'll have to work hard on you comma-splitting micro. If one good run-on sentence splices a large group of commas its gg. Just my two cents.
