He goes for an early Vulture / MarinE Push, but I had high ground dragoons and zealots on ramp (Lost Temple) to hold it off. He then went for a tank contain but at the same time I went a double reaver drop in his Mineral Line.
He had turrets, but I got my reavers out of the Shuttle in time to drop them on his Mineral Line, and destroyed EVERYTHING. I Lost attention to them and I was out of scarabs (both upgrades) a few times, but I wrecked him. He tried to all in with SCV's and to build stuff in my base, but I had vision all over my base (thank you SC2! Too many bronze league cannon rushes!) He tried floating his building, and all kinds of other terran tricks, but I overcame, AND WON! MY First BROOD WAR Victory!
RAWR!
Did I mention I feel great?
Second - Starcraft 2 Woes of 3v3 Silver league.
I will Start that I am a platinum league, terran for the most part, in 1v1. I'M Silver in 3v3 because I go long stretches without playing 3v3, so it takes FOREVER to get promoted. However, I normally find myself almost Always on top of Overall Score, win or lose, losing mostly because my team mates suck, and don't scout or prepare properly. Here iS my most RecenT matches:
However, I have grown to not like 1v1's as much for personal reasons. So, I do a lot of 3v3's. The King strat in this league:

VOID RAYS
Wherever you go, in about 80% of my games, SOMEONE goes vOid rays. I kinda have mixed feelings about this. While they are very easy to counter (unless you Roll Protoss; more later) I WanT to play games where skill iS required. I hate winning or losing to CHeeSY crap. It just doesn't feel like a ReaL game.
When I Roll Protoss and some other toss goes Mass vOid rays, I cry. I cry because no matter how many times I re-engage vOid rays, or try blink micro with Mass stalkers, I just can't win. I have no idea how to deal with this while as Protoss. Any suggestions?

CANNON RUSHES! Thanks Hot_Bid - NOT
So. Many. Cannon Rushes. At least in my experience. Again, while they are easy to break, I WanT ReaL games that require skill, but that's just personal experience. Either Way, as long as I catch it, I Never have any problems holding off low level cannon rushes.

6 POOLS!
WHENEVER I Roll on the map Frontier, I always do a modified build. 12 forge + 2 cannons, one in front of nexus, 1 in mineral line. As terran, it's probably an 8 depot, 10 rax, 12 bunker, or something among those lines. Zergs LOVE to 6 pool on this map, especially the poor soul who spawns in the middle. I've lost to more than my fair share of 6 pools. However, it's especially worst when your partners don't prepare, and you lose because you lose a team mate so early. HOWEVER, I did have an epic comeback a few weeks back where basically, 1 ally got eliminated, I spawned as toss, and the other zerg left soon after he got to muta tech. I proceeded to 1v2 my way to victory with a combination of DT's and Mutas. It was pretty friggin sweet.

DT RUSHES!
Not much to say here. As with all of these, it's basically a grown up bronze league. They're pretty easy to hold off, unless I get caught without a robo as toss, but normally, surprisingly, a team mate comes to help me out.,
Well, those are, what I feel, the most common strats used by people in silver 3v3. I could be wrong, but this is a mtter of my opinion, and I do play 3v3 fairly often, so I see a whole variety. If you are wanting to play 3v3, or pretty much at all, and have to go through the ranks, learn to counter these and you will crush any opponent =)
Cheers all!
