So I have noticed that there has been a dearth of Brood War translations lately. Also, I've noticed that there are people who request random translation of small stuff all over the forums that are hard to catch (usually tweets).
What I'm going to do here is open up this thread so you can request translations. I'm personally going to do either 2~3 small ones or one large one every day or so (Basically, if you're familiar with Brood War translations -- think of each post game interview as one "small" interview.) The really special feature ones I'll probably work on slowly (for example, there are some cool interviews at DES and PlayXP).
Basically, I would need a link to an interview/article. Please don't be too general, like "all PL interviews" or anything like that
If it's something small as a twitter message, tweet it to me at @OrangeMilkis and i'll translate it and tweet it.
If anyone else wants to jump in and translate some stuff, go ahead but make sure you let me know so I don't retranslate it (if you take someone's request, just quote it and link to it after you fulfill it)
I'll check the thread everyday at 8 PM Central Time.
As a disclaimer, I may ignore your request if I find it insignificant, as many often times people want every little thing translated even though it doesn't say anything important. I will let you know though if I do this. Essentially, how I'm going to pick is based on demand (number of requests/reasoning behind request) and the things I find interesting, or something significant.
Let's see how long I can keep this up for.
Note: this strictly applies to content generated by Korean media (essentially, PlayXP/DC Gallery/DES). If you want something original translated, contact me separately over PM.
This is a really good idea, Milkis. Thank you for doing this and I really enjoyed your translations at MLG (even the MMA english to english translation ). I've been paying more and more attention to Brood War (on Korean sites as well) so if I need help I'll ask (if it's significant of course).

I think if you had a twitter account that translated tweets from professional Korean Gamers Either before or after a major match that would be cool. Like lets say SlayerS_MMA Tweets before a finals and after a finals in which he played it would be cool to know what they said.
Not sure how palatable an idea it is, but if we follow you on Twitter (I follow you on Twitter now) would you consider just doing an old-style retweet with translated content when you see an entertaining tweet? Might avoid some of the hassle

Only if I see something entertaining, but I'm not guaranteed to be on twitter all that much (and twitter moves fast) so I'll miss a lot of stuff
Essentially, this thread is me going "Okay, there's a lot of fun stuff out there. I'm not going to get to them all nor am I even close to being aware of them all. Let me know they exist and they will be translated"

I know I'm likely to get flack for this, but I'd kill for Hyvaa's post OSL preliminaries interview. He had a very tough group and it's a pity that we don't get to know what he thought the main factors of his victory were.

Hyvaa has been my second favorite Zerg for a long time before that, and he played the best series of his carreer. Don't make it about Bisu. Bisu adds a nice touch though.

Basically after SKT finds out they're going to Winner's League Finals, one of the members is like "I get to see G.NA!" and they're like "why do you care so much" and he's like "we get to see a celebrity" and Fantasy is like "I don't really care" and they're like "oh you're so cool about it" (and then i think it pans to Fantasy oogling or something like that ( can't really see it cause quality is bad)
Story 2
Members of Oz decides to see if they can identify all the super junior members and there's some disagreement on it (someone is like "that's Choi Shi Won" and others are like no".
Jaedong thinks it's Choi Shi Won, Backho thinks otherwise and wants to bet 100 dollars. Jaedong calls Backho and agrees on the bet. And so Jaedong is like "go order the chicken" because Jaedong ended up being right and so Backho needs to buy chicken and Jaedong is like "HOW MANY TIMES DID I HAVE TO TELL YOU"
And jaedong takes a sip to drink and the caption is "THE RAGE INDUCED ABSORPTION OF SOFT DRINK"
Hiya is like "in that case who is the person in the sunglasses?" and Backho was like "That's Shiwon too" and so more discussion/argument on it. And Jaedong is like "Ah, It's TOP, TOP!" (except TOP isn't Super Junior...) and then they just start naming random members from other boy bands :p
And Backho is still at it until they take away the album cover :p
The premise of the story is that after Coach Cho quit, Hwaseung Oz wasn't known to be the strongest martial arts training school anymore. So Jaedong goes on an adventure defeating the other schools, except they run into Match Fixers on the way. Anyway, I think the latest one is 30 when they face off against Bisu after defeating rest of SKT

Knowing you're a fan of WeMade, I feel bad asking, but could you translate the postgame interview with the coach? (at least fomos had one, dunno if one is free to use). All other coaches got one for post-season, and STX won't get it because fomos translators don't work on week-ends.
