I am getting a little discouraged from playing the ladder and finding it a bit hard to keep massing gaming interesting. I really want to meet some people of similar skill, who are on a lot, and want to mass games and talk about starcraft II. I know there is a practice partner thread, but my experience is that weeding through and finding active players is kind of hard, and then even when I find people around my skill level who are on a lot I don't always like them very much. To put it bluntly a lot of people are kind of immature dicks. So maybe this way will work out better.

So anyway, a little about me. I am 20 years old, pretty chill, and really into playing sc2 as well as following the tournaments and everything. A dedicate SC2 nerd. I like to play more of a macro style. I rage a lot about cheese and imbalance but I don't aim it at any body in particular. I want someone of similar skill level who wants to explore the matchups and kind of hang out. The ladder is a good training tool but it is really impersonal and sometimes really frustrating to play. I reccommend lurking in the 'Game time' channel on the NA server, its where loads of diamond+ players just talk and practice. At a peak NA time there are at least 35 in the channel!
Its pretty decent practice in my opinion.

im always looking to find players who are down for custom games especially when i wanna practice a specific match up, I am a high diamond zerg on NA server. I do work alot but i have been doing everything i can to find more time to play more often so if you are interested msg me when i am on and just let me know you posted in my blog about practice etc and u wanna play some games some time or "can i msg u if i wanna practice what ever match up?" or play some games for fun ^^ etc..
my id is hooktits.619 na server i play only zerg but i love play tvz and pvz(my tvz and pvz are not pretty probably platinum level) for fun because i feel it gives me a bit of insight into the other side of those matches.

edit: also a little background i am 27 i also play macro and safe style especially on ladder but i also love to practice against cheeses because it seems like you face those newbs so ofter on ladder that the better prepared you are at spoting it and dealing with it the better chance you have of defeating it!

So flash and stork are "newbs" eh? get over yourself homie cheese is a viable part of the game and in a tournament setting can be the difference between victory and defeat.
