All that anger aside I did some laddering today anddid allright. I started out the day playing two games in the early morning and went 0-2 with them. This was dissapointing but I continued on through the course of the day I played 7 more games and finished with a record of 5-4. Most of my games were fairly decent preformances I just need to be working on my TvZ play. Both games I lost to TvZ were against a mass ling composition that just continued to come and come nad I couldn't reproduce units fast enough.
I also spent a couple days doing some research and learning. I read a guide by plexa on the PvZ game which gave me some general ideas on how to handle the matchup as well as what kind of compositions to use against the zerg army. So that was helpful. I also watched some pro replays along with the TSL3 matches with Cruncher vs Morrow and Naniwa vs Goody (I think those were the correct matches. I also plan to watch some of the NASL tomorrow and learn some things from watching those players and their tendencies in certain matchups.
Also going back to the angry update last week. I learned an important lesson. You are never too good to learn more. I felt that my PvZ and PvT were fine and didn't need any attention and need to learn but I was mistaken. I know that I need to continue working on them if I want to be better. So I learned this lesson through getting stomped by some zerg and terran players and I now know to never stop trying to learn.
End of Day Stats:
Rank - 17th
Points - 347
Wins - 74
Record - 5 Wins 4 Losses
Region Rank (Diamond) - 5,702
World Rank (Diamond) - 17,453
If anyone knows of some good PvZ replays I could wach to learn from or really anything that could help me improve my PvZ please post below it'd be a huge help. I know InControl is one of the best in PvZ I just need to find a good replay I can learn from on.
Last thing is with my rank. I'm moving down because more and more players are getting promoted into my league and they're doing better than I am so that's why my rank is going down so much.
Thanks
