Not everyone who can make a significant contribution to the community is going to start off well known. Judging like that is only forcing a requirement to have played BW for the most part. This community is all about seniority and I'm down with that, but new people sometimes have valuable contributions too.

One thing I'd say is that make sure to also upload some of your losses to youtube, as losses can be just as informative if not more informative than wins for Zergs looking to improve, especially if you explain why the decisions you made didn't pan out, or what exactly you did wrong. Also, beginning the VODs with "future grandmaster" does make you sound pretty arrogant, although I don't really care so much about that. You're clearly a high level player and confidence is important, so whatever.

Surprised you haven't been banned :s Really? Then i'm surprised that the half of this thread that's knit picking and derailing hasn't been banned then, either. He's defensive, sure, but i'd be defensive too. If took my time to try and give back to the community, but only have my attempts derailed, I wouldn't be happy either. Perhaps giving himself the title of "pro" could have been jumping the gun. But what do you want him to say? "How to Beat/Play against an Amateur player" "How to Beat/Play against a Mediocre player". No. He doesn't fall into the exact definition of pro, but he IS very active, IS very good, and actually does make a good sum of cash from the game. Now, may we stick to the topic? He's offering something, but a lot of people seem to have a complex when someone is marginally better than them.

Haha so true. Dunno why people get their backs up so much over this? Guys if you don't want to watch then don't, and don't post in here about how offended you are that someone else is making videos to help people learn. Seriously some people really need to lighten up a bit. Yes we know there are a lot of people casting games on youtube. Are they hurting anyone? No. Are you forced to watch them? No.
