More relaxed, more fun, great experience, lot of work but more gaming focused and programming is in simpler language (easier to teach, will be better at teaching it)

Huge camp, part of a small team
Room for advancement and pay increase with recurring years.
May be able to get a better paying role, and bigger role because camp is SO BIG it has many many employees and needs many camp directors.
High pay($425 a week + $100 a week for being overnight), long hours (overnight counselor)
Food and expenses paid for
Staying at William and Mary for 5 weeks and then American University in DC for 2-3 weeks.
Requires C++ prep work, CPR and First Aid Training, a Job Training day in May before camp
Learning focus, with gaming worked in
Working at least 5 weeks at William and Mary then some more if I want to or it is available.
Dorm living, sharing a room
Will be following very strict curriculum and won’t always be teaching my primary skillset. Teaching will switch between Starcraft 2 modding, C++/Java programming, and intro to game design.
More professional, more work, more stress, great experience
I'm leaning towards gamecampUSA at the moment just because they got to me first... but idk. Money's not really an issue right now.
What do you guys think? I kinda just wrote all this stuff out for myself to compare but I still can't decide.
