So considering the leagues will be locked this makes division play interesting for the week until the season comes to a close. It will mean that division play actually means something. You're competing for a goal within your division, which I for one (and maybe the only one) think is pretty cool.
I know many of you don't care about divisions, most only care about what League they are in. But inner league play could lead to good things.
I like where Blizzard is going with this, because division play can be another exciting part of the game. Blizzard has mentioned previously they may add tournaments to division play too.
I'm certain the achievement players will dig it anyhow.
