As you know, you are SEVERELY deficient in vitamin D, and from what I gather, also phosphate. These two deficiencies are the cause of your bone malformations, your weight gain, and your depression(I'm just assuming on this last one, you did mention negative thought patterns).
I wholeheartedly suggest you seek medical treatment by any means necessary. You need pharmaceutical doses of a specific form of vitamin D and phosphate, you need blood samples drawn to determine the correct dose and course of treatment.
This should be your #1 priority right now. Go to the doctor yourself and see if they will see you free of charge, or just incur the debt. Ask your family members for help(aunt, uncle, father, mother, cousins, even a school teacher,etc.). Go get disability, SO YOU CAN SEE A DOCTOR. Do anything that will get you proper treatment.
This disorder can get worse, and it will, unless you correct these deficiencies. I'm assuming your diet isn't very good either, as you state your mother doesn't receive much money and she is addicted to marijuana.
Once you get your D levels up, your testosterone will rise, you will be happier, have more energy, less pains, and you will lose weight quicker. Don't believe me?
article + study on vit D
Scroll to the bottom of that page and you will find more links to the weightloss/energy studies(btw there is a lot more data on D out there, how it affects mood, immune system, diabetes, etc).
Try to eat a better diet full of phosphorous rich foods, like meats, dairy, fruits, veggies, beans, etc. Healthy food. Take it easy with the exercise. Get food stamps, if you can. Focus on yourself, and your body, getting healthy.
Maybe you could even go to school while you are supplementing/working out/improving yourself/getting government aid, so you're not stuck in some dead end job. Just some thoughts.
Forgive me if this is stuff you already know.
Disclaimer: I am NOT a doctor. Go see a real one and take a grip of your health and your life.
