100% agree. The best part of PurePwnage was the beginning, when it was just some guy and his friends and some adventures in the realm of gaming, before people were becoming super-heroes that fought with keyboards. o_o;
I saw this in my subscriptions, and I am looking forward to watching it and (hopfully) learning more about this Athene guy. GJ on getting the interview though, Josh.
Thanks for an awesome interview Josh! I can't believe he actually took the time out to do an interview...it seems so un-Athene-like. It would be so cool to see him actually part of ROOT or to play in MLG Dallas...even though that's so unlikely and he's just being his old usual troll self. Probably could be really good if he actually wanted to.
He just represents everything an internet douchebag is and it's entertaining. I really like Athene and find it HILARIOUS when people in comments get reallly angry

Anyway, I don't know, Athene continues being really funny to me. Would be nice if he could get Furious to "play" SC2 with him. Speaking of which, I miss the old airhead Furious.
Haha, just watched the interview, and i gotta say, he's by far the best troll I have ever seen on the internet. So funny how people think that he's serious about being the best protoss in the world. It's known (or should be known) that kiwikaki played that EU account..But I'd find it hilarious if he showed up to MLG Dallas :D

I don't think there's much chance he'll go to an MLG or any other event for that matter. He has to keep the haters guessing. =P

The comments in the video are pretty gross though, everyones hating on Josh for doing this but I think this was a pretty funny interview and people shouldn't take it so seriously lol

I'm not sure I understand how he's the best troll or even a particularly good one. He's just... a troll. I feel like I'm missing something.
I love Athenes videos. But if he doesn't go to tournaments to prove his skill then I would consider his SC2 career nothing special even if he is pretty good.
The problem now is, I'm not sure if he'll hit Rank 1 or go to an event either. He is spending too much time messing with Insane AIs instead of real players.
