I would be happy that someone thought I was worth all that money, but I would've appreciated maybe a new graphics card or perhaps a turbo engine for my car more - regardless of whether it deprecates or not. It's the thought that counts, though. I just tend to forget about jewelry and it ends up sitting behind a pile of books and never get worn, so I'd feel really badly if someone got me expensive jewelry and I ended up rarely wearing it.

Haha that's great. I had that happen to me in one game (Perfect World I think), and one of my good friends (who is male) happened to overhear me complaining about it, and told me I should say that I have a lesbian lover x.x seemed to work though! But he was all flirty and creepy as well as trying to help me as a newbie, so.
) but sometimes I'll go along with it just to fuck with people. :x
