I played 4 games against a c+ protoss user. first 3 i played random. first game ends up being pvz on fs. he opens with a gateway opening with no gas which makes completely no sense in pvr and proceeds to scout me first. he proceeds to get a forge and expands. i dont really think too much of this yet. i end up losing to a mid game push, okay no big deal.
go rematch. again random and ends up being pvz. this time, he forwards two gateways on close position on fs again, of course in the right direction and then scouts me first again. even with the forwarded 9/9 gate i defend and manage to pull through in this one.
go rematch. random again and i get terran. this time, he opens 10 gate 11 gas and proceeds to scout me first again. i open with a 2 fact. he hard counters with 2 gateway reaver without making an obs and having only seen 1 baracks 1 fact before i denied scouting. so this one i get stomped.
last game, random again and i get p. so pvp again on fs. he scouts me first again and i scout last ending up in a position in which i open z core z and he opens core range 2nd gate. of course quite a lead for the person opening without the zealot if the player making the zealot cannot do damage. i proceed to open 2 gateway speed reaver. to only find out he opens 3 gate robo. pretty much a hard counter to my probe cutting build. with perfect dragoon positioning and their large quantity, i do no damage. he enters the mid game with a large advantage and proceeds to roflstomp me.
so is this just luck on his side (which is what i think realistically), or have hacks afflicted icc?

post some replays? If you see suspicious activity, you can report it to iccup staff

Yes it's possible to hack, I think but you definitely need more evidence. A 2 gate proxy is cheesy but viable against any race. The 2 gate goons is not very surprising if he saw you were terran. Opening 10 gate 11 gas is probably the most standard build PvR.
He just got lucky. Last year I arrived on a chat channel on europe server to find new buddies. I challenged a group of players who only played Python (4p map). The first 3 games I scout my opponent at first try and win. They start getting suspicious, after an unknown guy arrives on the channel and challenges them, I could definitely be a hacker. We play a 4th game. I pray not to find my opponent at the first try, but obviously I even arrive early enough to probe block his 12 hatch. I had absolutely no way to prove it was only luck, but it was. I could eventually say that if I was actually maphacking, I would have scouted in the wrong direction on purpose, since I had his vision anyway.
