or 1 t a for variety but seriously, I usually have my blob on 1, with marauders on 2 and marines on 3 (helps vs banelings). 4, 5 are production centers divided by tech lab or reactor, 6-9 are orbitals with 0 having all OC's hotkeyed for scans | ||

I duno how good this is...only having 2 unit hotkeys; which I'm not a huge fan of but...1s to build scv's is such a difficult habit for me to break...lol | ||

2 - Subset of army (tanks etc) 3 - CC 4 - Rax 5 - Factory 6 - Starport I usually don't hotkey anything else. inb4 "you're bad" | ||

2 for ghost/tanks (tab-able) 3 for flying units 4 for rax 5 for facts 6 for starports 7 maybe CCs 8 CC 9 CC 2nd expo 0 CC main usually ctrl+3 is for harass units. (vikings landing on min line, drops, hellions) early game ctrl+8 for natural CC, I have this old BW habit. ctrl+1 would be expendable units, ctrl+2 are caster or key units that could make or break your clashes. yeah ctrl+4 rax seems reasonable, much faster clicking on M,A,R and G. same with ctrl+5 as to T,E,S. then of course the old school ctrl+0.  | ||

1 Scout/Harass Group/Air Units/Casters (i.e. units I need to pay attention to) 2 Army 3 Army 4 Army 5 CCs 6 Production Buildings Production Buildings on 4 is probably better, but I got too used to having them on 6. I rarely use 4 for my army unless I'm 200/200. | ||
