This is the song.
I have decided, upon reading this, that I have lost sight of what used to be important to me. As such, I have made the (extremely difficult) decision to not play Starcraft until I am able to play Bramfatura well.
The song features heavy thumb slapping, generally a bass guitar technique, which is extremely difficult to do on normal guitar strings.
As of right now, my right thumb is not actually callused, but bruised badly. I may take a picture of it later, currently it is a sickly blueish purple color. Wish me luck, Team Liquid. I'll post a video in 400 years when I'm finally capable.
Apologies to anybody who may watch my stream -- there will be no hilarious 2v2 rage for some time.
I'm kind of hopped up on my 9th cup of coffee for the morning, so apologies for the rambling...
There is in fact more.
Completely unrelated to Bramfatura.
I've been fairly disappointed to see that 2v2 has still neglected to find its way in to competitive gaming. I'm thinking of opening up a Youtube station where a group of casters may post commentary of good 2v2 games (and only 2v2). If you are interested in joining a team of 2v2 casters (so far I think I have 3 people interested, including myself), or you have good 2v2 replays, please let me know.
I don't particularly support 3v3 or 4v4, those seem to be a little too hectic for competitive gaming, but 2v2 can in fact be incredible. There are many teamwork aspects which can be incorporated in to Starcraft. I think my favorite is the move that my friend and I have called the "Fungal Storm". This is where the Zerg player fungal growths a group of units, and the Protoss player storms them. Hilarious, yet effective. There are so many more combinations of units and abilities which make some games extremely interesting in the end.
tl;dr: I'm not playing Starcraft until I learn Bramfatura, and I want to seriously cast competitive 2v2 Starcraft with anybody who is willing.
Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go make another pot of coffee.
