Me and two other guys (one is gay though, so that leaves two of us, for any girls-related practical purposes) are in Tokyo right now. On the last leg of our Japan tour, we're looking for someone to help us in all things nightlife during the next 5 days.
Whether that means dropping a few names of Shibuya (or elsewhere) bars/nightclubs with wet-for-foreigners Japanese girls, meeting up with the two of us for a night out (all drinks on us, of course, but ideally we're looking for nomihoudai places) or helping in any other way, much thanks will shipped!
We had originally planned to meet up with our fruitcake friend's ex, who's living in Tokyo, but it somehow all went to shit. Now we're 5 days away from flying back to crappy Slovenia and feeling rather sabishii, especially with all the awesome hotness everywhere you turn in Tokyo
Oh, and Mani, sorry for the Osaka screwup. We covered like 20 km on our only day there, and mostly stumbled around the bayside area, so the dinner wasn't meant to be

I moved away from Tokyo earlier this summer but other than random bars in Roppongi and shibuya and super clubs like womb you should definately try going to... i forgot it's name but if you go past hmv and those 2 shoe stores in shibuya until you hit mcdonalds and kebab place turn left and there'll be a really fun karaoke place on the fifth floor of a building to your right.

Thanks for the tip! But I guess you can't really barge in there and sit down in a booth next to some girls, can you?
Also, are there any nomihoudai clubs/bars where you get free drinks for more than two hours? A girl we met mentioned a club where you could drink till 5 am if you enter before midnight, but only said it's nomihoudai and didn't mention the actual name (dumb as we are, we thought Nomi Houdai was the actual name). We already blew our budget twice over, so we have to look after every penny.
And from what I could gather elsewhere, Roppongi is the main gaijin drinking district, so any Japanese girls there would probably be on the lookout for foreigners, wouldn't they?

Shibuya: Womb Ageha (this is actually in Kiba, there's a free bus leaving from Shibuya station every half hour) Club Asia
Roppongi: New Lex Edo Flower The First Bar Muse ======decency line====== Bar 911 Gaspanic (everyone hates it, but loves it at the same time)
I haven't heard of any nomihodai clubs, but there should be plenty of nomihodai bars (they are typically called "beer gardens") in ginza and roppongi.
Shibuya is not overly friendly towards foreigners, so you might not be able to get in to some of them. The general trend in Shibuya is much more Japanese than Roppongi (i.e. girls like to dance by themselves or with friends). Roppongi is better if you are just looking for a quick lay; it's essentially a huge meat market. However, I do think you'll have more success if you are at least marginally conversational.
Thursdays are by far the best nights in Roppongi, with just enough people and often specials on drinks. Fridays and Saturdays often get too crowded, and most places will not waive cover on these two nights. Drinks are typically around 1000; places that charge cover will often include two or three drinks such that it's usually around 1000 entrance. I've gone out a few times and Wednesdays and Sundays, and I don't recommend it. I'd assume Mondays and Tuesdays are similar.
I just left Japan yesterday, or else we could have met up. 残念~ Have fun.
