Somebody asked me this in PM.
Why do you like Terran players so much? What race do you play personally, Terran I assume?
Hmm, because I wrote too much, so I thought maybe I share with the rest? Ah, it is a pm reply and I just spent 15 minute writing, so the english is really bad. I hope people understand.

Is not suitable for me. Because too fast game.
I watch. because of The Emperor.
I know a little bit because it is my first game I have.
I have computer only in 2003 and somebody gave his old game to me.
I don't really like RTS game but since it is free game. I try it. And it is not bad. I like Kerrigan. Because I pity her for getting betrayed, and I like it when she become strongest and defeat all.
I know Emperor by accident, but just nice he is playing the only RTS I am familer, and he is very good looking.
There is a very well done video in youtube about BoxeR, and I fell in love. Ah, especially he use SCV to help win game. I find he is very smart, and cute, and handsome.
Keke, I am sure there are others, same as me. Love BoxeR from SCV rush?
This is rough Idea how I got into progaming starcraft scene.
And I play starcraft I feel Terran is weak. I play Protoss. Because Zealot is 18 dmg compare to Marine 6 dmg. 1 zealot can kill 2 marine. Reaver do 100 damage and have shield while Tank have only 75 dmg?
Carrier is very strong, Archon is strong and cool, Observer is permanent invisible and detector at the same time. Dragoon 20 dmg can hit both land and air and good price. The building, or warping building is so easy to use compare to need to use so many SCV to build. Some build supply some build barrack some build factory, too many upgrades too. Land mEch, Air mech, Rax.
All makes protoss so strong. And BoxeR is using the race I consider weak to become THE EMPEROR. His micro is really attractive. I am attracted just like that. 
I like Flash too, because I watch starcraft starting this year only. And at that time he is so invicible and having great Force. It is attractive element.
Actually now I am still not familer with the game. I mean in professional level. I know the basics like why vulture do less damage to large units, stuff like that.
But do not understand builds like 9 pool, 12 hat.
I feel like asking question, but to me it is good question, to others it is trolling.
I remember asking 1 question when a zerg 12 hat and use drone to kill marine. I ask why use worker and not zergling since zergling is offensive unit. Somebody replied, are you trolling?
Hmm...I am so long winded, maybe I will stop here?
Oh yea, I forgot to mention how photon cannon is so much easier to use compared to a bunker. U actually have to store men inside to make it effective.

LOL there are so many people who's first starcraft video was "Boxers Perfect SCV Rush" (myself included). Also Terran players may be handsome, but Zerg players are more cute! (Zero etc.) And you shouldn't be afraid to ask questions, there are always assholes in stream chat. You'd be better of making a thread with all of your questions so that people can answer them in a nice way.

Well, bunker you need men in, but you can take those men out and snipe zealots lings before hiding again. So, it depends on how you use it. I still prefer cannons, though

My first "pro match" was Boxer vs Jojo @ dunno what map, where boxer came back from an incredible dire situation...i was hooked instantly.

Boxer was my first too  . I remember a game with some ghost and lockdown action, but only later after the Sc2 announcement did i check google to see what happened to him only to find a blue page talking about an Iris vs GGplay BO5.
Now i'm stuck lurking here!

I'd admit that I got interested and knew about professional Starcraft way back from BoxeR's videos. I remember the times I would spend hours, days, weeks just watching any and all BoxeR's matches and VODs because I thought he was simply amazing.
Cheering for him when he was in Ace, then in SKT1, he was the first progamer I knew about and my favorite. Then came Hyuk....

I actually got into Starcraft from watching JulyZerg and started out playing Zerg. For some reason I developed a hatred for Protoss (b/c Zealots have dreds) that I've recently come over. Now I just never look at the Zealot portrait and realized Protoss is a lot of fun to play.

I asked my friend's wife (girlfriend at the time) to translate that video for me (God, that was like... 5-6 years ago?). She translated like 10 words before getting confused about the situation [me asking her to translate a korean video game commentary] and giving up.
The only thing I remember from the translation is:
Me: "'Oh la oh la oh la' - what does that me??? I've always wondered."
Her: "Oh la gan da - he's going up... What the hell is this? Why are you watching this? I'm so confused. "

I just remembered I spent alot of time researching what does bunker do.
7 years ago I do not know the meaning of bunker. And when I build it does nothing. And I hate terran because the only defend building is missile turret. Which do not hit land units. I am so fed up @ Terran.
I do alot of stuff with the bunker, I am so positive it does not increase supply, do not open technology, I thought maybe opponent destroy it damages them. Maybe just like sandbag and for blocking? So useless, even supply depot is a better sandbag.
And I am so angry when computer bunker can shoot, and breath fire.
and mine just do nothing. And computer bunker gives free units when destroyed.
I guess that is the time I found out, oh. U put the men in.
