First song: I really like the beat. It seems haunting to me, and the bass has some sublime kicks. I don't understand the German, but it seems to fit in very well with the movie. Piano solo is simple, but sticks with what I think of as the "haunting" mood of the song--which is what I think of a lot of war-related songs as. Second song: Same beat as the first? Very similar, at least. Seems more straight up trance/techno than the first; flashing video fits in with it. Piano solo still haunting. Without vocals, seems a lot more straightforward than the first. Ooh, 1:56ish gets interesting; nice drums. Overall, interesting music. Fits in well with the clips you're showing; I get a sense of haunting and foreboding. | ||
