If he was actually concerned about his message and affecting change in the community, there are better ways of going about it than the way he did. He wasn't trying to help or try and put out a meaningful critique. He was trying to troll, and so the mods bite back knowing full well they're not harming anyone who was even trying to do good. And it makes the rest of us laugh.
If you feel the way he does, perhaps you yourself can write an informative, accurate, and insightful post arguing his/your point. That would be met with fairness and thoughtfulness, I think. But doing it the way he did is a ticket to no where.

When you agree to the ToS when you make a TL account... they get the right to silence you, you sign over your freedom of speech on TL.
So you have no rights here :/, when you agree to the ToS the only rights you have are those outlined in the ToS which you have to check the little box when you make an account saying you agree to them.
Nothing else applies, as that counts as a signed contract which you sign over your rights in order to be given the privilege to use their website.
Not to mention, TL does not fall under the jurisdiction of a single country even though they are based out of the USA (I believe.) So any sort of constitutional rights / laws do not apply to them as a whole... (Obviously some do, since they have contracts with their ISP and such...) but as a whole more laws don't count of shit on the interwebs.
As well, since they are a private business, which IS NOT open to everyone (as you have to make an account. Like joining a golf club, they get to crush your rights even more... as it is not a public but a private business so they do not have to adhere to the laws and regulations that a public business has to.
Really though when you: a) are on the internet and b) have to agree to something (ToS, EULA, etc...) you basically lose 99% of your rights when it comes to that single product / service as you sign a contract when you agree to those things.
Same way when you made your SC2 account you signed away your rights to;
- Freedom of speech (They can ban you for account names / griefing people) - Rights to Privacy (They can give away all your personal info if they want) - Rights to ownership of your property (You don't own SC2 at all, period, in anyway shape or form, they just let you borrow its usage for $$$$)

First you say Universal Delcaration of Human Rights, you talk about rights, privileges, etc, then when you are proved by several people to be completely wrong on every front (which you proceed to ignore completely) you then talk about integrity which is a completely different thing. You are wrong on so many levels I can't even come up with a conclusive reply. How about this: Your understanding of freedom of speech would force me to let everyone walk into my house and start expressing his opinion. I would have no right to prevent them from entering as I would violate his right to freedom of speech, right?
I think that the misunderstanding is with you.
First of all, they're not coming into your house - you're silencing them by kicking their asses out.
It is not your place nor your right nor your privilege to silence people. If you don't want them to express their opinion, either ignore them or prevent them from coming to you in the first place (I heard TL has a trial membership nowadays, so assuming that that rumor is true, I think you're already doing that anyway). If they are able to enter, then you get them to leave through other means, but you do NOT silence them. I believe that the British prefer to ask nicely, but that's just their culture.

If all it takes to get a game with a really good player is for a noob to insult the tl community and its players' abilities then we are doing something wrong.

my partner leaves me to die in this 2v2 random match and doesnt let me control any of his units,
this is also to team liquid, i posted a blog saying they sucked and needed to play new people, i also challenged them but they denied me by blocking my account n changing my SC2 battle.net name in my own blog n then told me to leave the site but right after doing so they posted a blog them selves and tried to make a mockery of me witch kinda ends up being a joke on them because they sound so annoying hahaha and alot of there fan boys n teamliquid Buddy's just copied each other and my hole post by making a YouTube video and more audio clips of my blog as well.. i don't no why they banned me and then went on to mock me with a blog and repetitive sound clips n YouTube videos but if u say I'm trolling u got it wrong man HAHAHAHAHAHA but anywho here is a taste of what will happen to team liquid if they ever grow a pair n accept my challenge

1:30 in and... wall doesn't block. built 4 depots within 30 seconds of each other with two at the same time, canceled a barracks or something, doesn't scout with a worker....
watching a bit more the opponents are very weak and can't even mass basic armies in time to deal with his average one.
