I walked in on my parents when I was likely 14. They had there door locked, but I wanted to watch TV so I opened their door and there they were having sex. I made noise as if I were going down stairs, but stayed near the door to see if what they would say among themselves if anything about the situation.

Like 15 seconds went by and I heard my mom started to laugh. My dad was more on the serious side and told my mom to go talk to me about "IT". Dear god I did not want to have the sex talk at 14 with them. My mom responded, what the hell am I going to tell him? I ran down stairs as quietly as I could after I heard someone getting up, sat on the couch with my 4 year old sister, and stared at the TV. My mom stayed on the stairs and told my sister that it was time to bed. She didn't tell me anything and I didn't turn back to see her.

So I went to bed a bit later not really being affected by any of this. The next morning my mom was making breakfast and it was no an awkward situation. Breakfast was some Spanish food with eggs in it, but the eggs had gone cold due to my dad not coming down because he was watching TV. When my dad had finally came down my mom remarked the eggs had gotten cold, to which my mom replied well heat them back up, and my dad commented well that's your job (can't really translate it, but it was basically a sexually innuendo) and she laughed uncontrollably. I ate my breakfast without saying much and now I live a completely normal life... kinda of.
