She's obviously one of those girls who just doesn't care about others' feelings. At least she seems to me. So what kind of quality does she have that make you like her? If it's just her looks then you can safely back off - "There are other fish in the sea". Or if it's her personality, then you can still be friends with her but just treat her like a normal friend and focus on your life. Go study/play starcraft etc... Though I really doubt a girl and a boy can ever be "normal" friends because boys always have sexual dreams about their female friends no matter what. Or at least for me I do. | ||

When she tells you she still has feelings for whatever dick she had before, you tell her ok do you (unless you are trying to bang her) Basically you completely blow her off and ignore her or go about setting up lies and not caring about her feelings at all to try to bang her =). Now onto her bitching. Every girl does this for some reason. They bitch test you. No matter how sweet you think the girl is, or how perfect she is, she will bitch test you. She'll do it for many reasons, to see WHAT she can get away with, how far she can push you, how available you are, and how you'll react (i.e. assertive, non-needy vs approval seeking, agreeable, fake). You always, always have to call them out on their bitching/bullshitting. It's not a matter of being a dick far from it. Most guys lie without even knowing they do. When you're agreeable and you say and talk about things that you think she'll like, you are being disingenuine. So when asks you a ridiculous request like, "Will you quit booze for ME xoxoxox *bat eye lashes*", tell her what you really think. And always be honest about your intentions. As soon as she said, "I have to get over my boyfriend before I go out with you." I would have said, "Listen.... I like you, there's something about you I can't put my finger on, but I know you're a smart girl and you can figure this thing out about your ex. I have a lot of friends, so that's just not what I'm looking for, so if you ever make up your mind, you know where to reach me. Bye." Now and then I will get into a situation like this. "You're too young, I still have feelings for my ex, I'm getting married next month...etc etc." But I always say something like that when it happens. And more often then not, I'll get a call back, sometimes the very next day. But then sometimes I will not get a call back, that's just the way it is. You have to be prepared to lose her but winners are risk takers after all. It beats your other option.... Listening to radiohead all day long and watching Garden Statte over and over again. | ||
