Hmm, my last 14 games on my 2nd account:
8 PvT's .... 1-7 record; 5 of the losses are on Python, the lone win was on Destination.
HOW THE FUCK DO YOU PVT ON PYTHON O_O_O_O_O_O_O_O_O.
I even lost to a random bulgarian Terran with a 40% winrate and he looked like fucking Fantasy vs me, I don't get PvT on this map - everything I try fails horribly.
My normal PvT build simply doesn't work, so I tried 1 gate expand and massing, still didn't work... I don't get it.
Fucking Terrans go 6-7 fac off 2 bases and cut scvs and just get 9850534 vultures, way more shit than I can deal with... I don't understand how to beat that shit....

Yeah man, take a break. I just did what you did except a little worse. 0-7 for PvT on Python ... I stopped for a couple hours and I'm going back to it now.

PvT on Python was always easy :l
Just make dragoons and get your 3rd up before they have siege. spread your dragoons out at your opponent's choke and rape when they move out.

I'm scared of TvP on python such wide open spaces for flanks or counters omfg. I just go 6fact timing push all in now every game and hope the toss triple expos.

I luv timing pushes man one of the funnest things in sc and most powerful. especially when they run like 24 speedlots straight through a minefield.

This is basically how I played TvP back in the day (or any matchup for that matter) My late game macro was never that great but my micro + timing was really good so I would 2 base do-or-die push and hope to ninja a win

I've been getting caught like, they're coming out right before my 3 base macro kicks in, right before I have enough units to stop the push.
I've noticed from watching the reps that they're basically cutting scvs to make like an extra round or two of units so it seems like they have more than they should have when they attack.
it's just really frustrating that EVERY terran I've played on python has done this, without fail... every single TvP

What rank games are you playing? I thought PvT was really easy on Python, especially if you get cross positions or something of the sort.

against 6 fac, you should do a dt drop to slow the push down enough that you can get your macro up. Or at least that was the thing to do back in the days of Luna.

It's hilarious how you rant about terran 6fac on python. Have you every thought about the features of the map the just might make the terran want to end the game early? For every thread like this, there will be 10 threads raging about TvP on Python.

+1 man, you have to be dumb to lose pvt
just use what you have at your disposal.
Terran can't surprise beyond the ~5minute mark you if you know what to look for.

Python is incredibly easy PvT before B ranks because no T knows how to timing push properly.

PvT on python is hard but on LT it is fucking unplayable. just do 1-base all-in kind of shit, like 3 gate dt drop or something lol. its actually fun cuz u focus 100% on micro, knowing that if u fail, u lose. and if u play a straight up game, u lose too, cuz the map is extra extra hard.

I find it annoying how some Terrans I've played have figured out how to place turrets on the edge of their base. With just 5 or 6 they prevent an obs getting in (unless you really rushed obs). Sometimes you can suicide one to see their factories though.
I sometimes just do 2 base mass and either run over their push or attack them when they try to get a third.
