hahahaha I don't think you need to spend that much money for a mic especially when you're just starting off. I use a mic from rock band 2 and it's good enough for me

niiiiice i think a lot better, except the chorus needs more power. I'm not sure how the original song goes, but i think the chorus needs to be stronger.

Thanks man! I will keep practicing daily to improve my vocal cords, thats my usual singing voice. I think you are right, going with what you are and how you sound the best is the right thing. I mean all these bands don't copy other bands eh

i good way i learned to know if you're using your natural voice is to just make the "Hmmm" sound with your lips closed, and your voice should be based off of that.

yeah the second one is way better.

well the thing is, from the page I ordered it, you can give it back after 30 days if you dont like it so i could just basically check it out for free. But after using it I got more confident and started singing quite a bit more frequently.
edit: heard the new one, mh the chorus is still really terrible Btw. if you realise that something is simply too high for you to hit, its often a good idea to just go an octave lower.

I'll be honest, pretty darn horrible. Needs a lot of work. Your voice is that it is very nasally which doesn't sound very good. You might wanna try singing more gutturally.

You also realize the mic is pretty crappy and I had to +db to get the voice to sound louder :/

Ok I found a couple of exercises to get rid of my nasality !
|
I agree with resonance in that it sounds very nasally. However, that's probably the worst of your worries as a budding vocalist. You're not tone deaf like many other people =D.
If you do choose to get that mic, it's a highly regarded entry/budget mic, so I don't think you can go wrong with it. However, it is a condenser mic, so you're going to need some sort of interface with phantom power to use it so that might be a big hassle you don't want to deal with.
I haven't heard the original, but just from the most recent one you posted, it sounds decent for a person just starting to learn to sing. Remember to support from your diaphragm!

yay! Ok! Do you know how can I get rid of nasality easily? Umm and if you keep checking up on my progress I will be glad

sing with your diaphragm and not your throat...singing should be effortless...if your throat hurts or you are exerting a lot of effort you are doing something wrong
|
Updated, could you guys check if the Nasality decreased? Its just plain me singing the chorus and 1st set verse.
|
sounds like ur holding it back.
