Ok, i have 1) a university filled with kids who have money 2) a university with kids who are so lazy they'll actually pay for minor services
i've made some bucks just walking to the store and buying shit (they're like 1-2 miles away) or buying stuff from wal-mart etc.
i've made some bucks doing online homework for retards (easy math stuff) and i actually made $20/hour for a while b/c there was this math placement test n i did it for my friend and got the highest grade or w/e so all of a sudden there's like 6 ppl calling me to do their work
anyways, first one was entirely too time consuming and my classes have started picking up now so it's not really an option.
I tried buying a bunch of Ethernet cords and selling them to people with laptops since i knew from upperclassmen that some guys didn't have ethernet cords but i only sold like 1/3 and lost money
i dunno maybe i could clean rooms for people and uh.. collect a personal tip lol
i guess i could be like a taxi and drive people around or drive drunk people back from parties..
meh any suggestions would be cool. i don't really need money however

So you want to be an opportunist for the sake of being an opportunist? You don't even need the money?
???

If you're good at math, tutor. Every school has some center for excellence or some version thereof, trying to help / pay for people to get help. If this fails try a prep-program (Kaplan's, etc) where you help people prepare for tests and crap. The good thing with either alternative is you can use them as work experience on your resume later... and yo have a lot of flexibility in choosing the hours, etc.

use your time more wisely, if you do not need money then start learning some street performance stuff. That way you can make money when you do need it. Same with studies and good jobs. Just a thought.

??? eh in my eyes it's just being efficient so yes, i guess i am, i consider my time to be worth 5-7$/hr until i have an education, if anything is more than that i might as well take the opportunity

Which isn't bad but they demand you come for a set number of hours and I'm looking for something with a lot of flexibility instead of something committing such as this, seeing how some days i have a huge gap of free time, and other days im pressed for time. Otherwise i'd just get a job in my field for some researcher , lots of those here.

Kaplan's looks nice. u need is 90% percentile on SAT or ACT math/verbal or some kind of credential for anyone else interested. might try that out, i need algebra practice anyways.

Well if you are any good at guitar, and don't mind guitar snobs who think they are hot shit, go to the busiest walking area, put down your case and play.

Not much use in even posting when the best answer's already been stated, other than to reinforce how correct citi.zen was. Tutor, by far the best option, other than prostitution. Yeah, you'll wake up next to a dragon now and then when you're too intoxicated to leave that night, but it's for the cash.

If you want to make money from tutoring what you need to do is find some way to shop your services around privately, not do something like be a TAKS tutor, because private tutoring is exorbitantly overpaid. My friend makes $30 an hour tutoring kids in high school in really easy shit like bio, math, physics. I'mnot sure how he got in contact with these kids. You just need to network around, ask all your friends, ask your parents, etc.

I had success with making 'fast food' and selling it. It would be rare when i didnt sell out completely. Though i know a bit about cooking. Maybe you could sell candy though, carry it in a backpack or something and go classroom by classroom between classes.

just tutor them and I will solve your unsolved problems if you show me how to 2v2 occasionally :O (assuming that you 2v2 ever)
