Even though I loathe at the idea of a PvP semifinals (which we'll have if San wins since MC vs Hongun is the other quarterfinals on this side of the bracket), I'm still voting for San.

When did sC beat MC? If you mean the loss in Zotac. Yeah Bo1, also this was the time where MC lost a lot of games.

Just voted for San, but if sC comes along with his 1 Base bullshit he is maybe be able to pull off another upset. If the games going on into makro, sC will be pretty much dead (watch sC vs Kyrix to have an example about his macro skills, lol).

If San faces a Protoss he will lose

so San fans, better hope that Lyn wins, but no matter what San will not win the GSL

(PvP is the reason San was the worst player in Code S, because of how he got handled repeatedly in PvP, his PvZ was never shown before, and his PvT was always pretty good, so it's not really that surprising that he has made it this far, because he's managed to avoid Protoss up to here)

Also PvP finals would be disgusting

This side of the bracket is pretty weak so San very well might make it to the finals. He isn't going to win it though.

As much as I'd love to follow through with the San train, I feel it stops here. sC is actually an absolutely excellent player and I feel San's previous match against TheWind sort of expressed a depression in his playing.
