If doing so was wrong, you could have just said "Comments saying first is not allowed"

It is a stock message that wasn't created just for you. And yea, Kwark is British and comes off quite rude sometimes.
Also, calling a mod dumbfuck probably isn't the best way to go about this.

I've been needlessly insulted by Kwark too (and I'm sure there are many others). What people take offence to is that you claim all people that run and mod TL are the same. They are not. Most of them are very pleasant and polite individuals. Don't let one bad experience spoil the experience for yourself. Also, if you need to ask why you got warned, PM any mod but Kwark, in my experience they are always happy to answer in detail.

Perhaps there's a less angry middle ground somewhere in your messages. The code of Hammurabi is a bit outdated, and we now have a much more subtle notion of retribution and rehabilitation. Think of the laws you adhere to every day. If someone drives into you, you don't expect to go to a judge to get the right to drive into them.
I agree that the message and the reply is in bad taste, but the correct way to behave is to take the high ground. The moment you behave in the same way, you're equally guilty of the infringement. And free of our sympathy as well. Write in feedback that the stock message was out of line, or what-not. But don't respond in kind.

Difference is I know it´s a standard PM that while directed at you isn´t in any way meant be insulting.
Do I think the PM is funny/good? No. Would I take it personally? No.
I would think "Well, I should not make such a post again." and go on enjoying my day.
You really got that in the wrong way, got angry and that resulted in another PM that you took as an insult and so forth.
Best is to take a step back and don´t take it so serious.
Edit: And btw, I think it should not have been a warning since it was no "First!" but instead a longer post. But that is not what your thread is about and has nothing to do with KwarK. And it was just a warning nothing bad.

Use common sense, if the TL mods had to create a thread to say everything people are not aloud to do then it would have to be serveral pages long and no one would read it. The TL commandments are there as a guide and to tell you whats what.
It's only a warning, it's not the end of the world for you. I got one when I first started for putting "tldr?" as a post. I got a warning message and took some time to check out the site without posting and got to see the posting quality of general users of the site as well as the effort the mods put in to keep the standards high.
You got a warning, learn from it and move on.

Now I don't wish to speculate about why (maybe you're dumb?) but the why (dumb maybe?) doesn't really matter, you posted "first" and you got warned for it because it's a shitty post that we don't do on teamliquid.
You then felt the need for some reason (dropped on your head as a child?) to make a shitty topic in general forum asking if you were stupid for being offended by a standard warning message you got for making a shitty post. I then warned you for making such a shitty topic because you should have known better after you already got warned for shitposting but didn't know better for some reason (maybe foetal alcohol syndrome?). I also answered your question, although it was just my opinion and if you would like an official diagnosis of stupid then please consult a medical professional.
I would not like to hazard a guess at why you saw the need to make yet another topic as you may get offended by my speculation on the matter.
