But (of course) they don't ban these people. What if corrupted data was caused by system errors and not by you? Don't think there is an automatic way blizzard will recognize Hmm they soon changed it so that any changes to it were carried through to new patches. Which they did with the first patch of the game so we can safely assume they are at least accepting of it even if they arent actively accepting. A very similar situation that they had with warkeys and warcraft 3.

Show nested quote +I want to use the "qwert" system but need to change the Attackkey from "T" to "A" I'm afraid ShadeOfDraG is correct as well. By the looks of things, the only way to change your Attack key from T to A when using the grid preset, is to in fact not use the grid preset and instead change all your standard key bindings to match the grid bindings, then set your standard Attack key to A. A text file containing the grid keybinds does not seem to exist.
After some experimenting I found that adding...
Button/Hotkey/Attack_GLS=A
in the hotkeys text file worked for me.
Did not play any full games with the setup yet... but from limited testing only problem so far is the SCV repair function gets overridden by the Attack function...
But yeah... Grid keys with A as attack... Sweet

will there be a new version, where we can change UI grid hotkeys? would be great

Hey, is there any way to modify the Command Card hotkeys? In the game hotkey menu there are entries for CommandCard0,0 CommandCard0,1 etc. But these are nowhere to be found in the MPQ. The reason being I bought a standard laptop USB number pad, and if I turn it 90 degrees I have a perfect 3x5 representation of the command card, plus a few extras to assign unit groups 1-4.
Basically all I need is the text string for those grid commands. Even if I change my hotkey setup to grid, it does not update the GameHotkeys.txt

I would really like to be able to use a hotkey for it

Hey there, two things.
First of all if I save my current config as a txt file and then use "work with file" all buttons are labeled as "No Key".
And then it would be nice if you could clarify again which folders need a back up. It doesn't really get all that clear within the last posts.
Thanks in advance and awesome tool!
Edit: Or is it still just "StarCraft II\Versions\BaseBuild\patch-Lang.SC2Archive"?

thanks for this, found it very helpful!

Yes.
Also if you forget just look at the "About" tab in the tool where you can find the info you are looking for.

What files should we backup before applying these changes. Maybe a autoback up option in the app might be cool?
