- Don't put too much pressure on yourself, but at the same time, don't underachieve. It's corny, but as long as you really try your best at everything you'll have no regrets later (maybe you should take this approach to relationships too ). You have to do the hard work sooner or later (even if you're a genius) so just get it out of the way now. - Plan your revision (at least a little) and also plan breaks. Stuff like "2 practice papers, then half an hour break.", "Take notes on 4 chapters before taking a break." That kind of motivation works for most people. - Some form of physical activity is very helpful. I'm not talking about 300 APM starcraft sessions. You got to get up and go do something that isn't so mentally strenuous. If you're not playing any sports, just go running or something. Or if you play a musical instrument, that can relax your mind too. - Finally, if you read any of this: I suggest you spend less time on your computer. | ||
