Armory Retaking Construction Yard Cradle of Death Death From Above Immortal Siege Mercenary Business Part and Parcel Primal Ascension Scavenger Hunt Solar Right Armory Retaking
Too many copies of old WoL/Hots missions in general for my taste.
Cradle of death is propably my favourite tho, simply for being able to chose a lot and having actual help/utilities given to you when you finish a bonus mission (nice flavor). (random bonus missions and random hybrids for several playthroughs is kinda cool too)
Primal Ascension - 1 Cradle of Death - 2 Armory Retaking - 3 Part and Parcel - 4 Death from Above - 5 Solar Right - 6 Immortal Siege - 7 Scavenger Hunt - 8 Mercenary Business - 9 Construction Yard - 10
Primal Ascension is the most fun although the whole crystal = invulvnerable mechanic is a little overused (it's on every boss). Cradle of Death is probably the most polished but the whole cart thing might be a little "confused" for the casual fanbase. Plus the whole upgrades on the cart just seem like overkill, not sure you really need them although they do add a cool little feature. Armory retaking is polished very well bbut just a little boring because it takes such a long time that it almost reminds me of one of those boring escort quests where the main NPC walks the entire time. Zzzz.=P
Immortal Siege would probably be #1 or #2 for me if the map didn't suck ass. It's waaaay too big and clumsy. I'd love to remake that map with using the same features it has. The whole have to defend against stronger and stronger ultras while having to push out on the map is really cool. Unfortunately the map is huge and the movement around the map is god awful to make it not as enjoyable.
I'd love to remake that map layout and use those triggers.
All the maps can be cleared. I don't know what happened to Christopher (#9) there, but it looks like he got instagibbed? Which sometimes happen when he draws aggro.
Solar Right (#10) is a race to 750 and you have to escort the truck to the last point/temple at the top right for the final push (you can clear the enemy base beforehand). If you know where the solarite nodes are it should be no problem. Basically it's a worse Vermillion Problem, I've spent 75% of the game directing and redirecting workers to gather solarite while I parked my split armies around the nodes and near the truck.
Remember these are proof of concepts and not the final product, whoever wins will have their map polished up by Blizzard for a better experience. For that reason I voted Immortal Siege/Torrasques as one of my favorites. It'd also be funny if they could get a similar voice actor lol
Any way to check the number of tickets we have? Can't help but feel we're all being punked into playing and voting for these maps.
