Fairness like making a sick guy wait an hour to play his match with his opponent who is actually on-line but refuses to go until all his teammates can obs? Or are you only concerned with unfairness when your team is on the receiving end?

zefreak couldn't really do much in terms of counter picking anyway. All his silver's are Terran so unless one of them is obscenely better than the other in TvP/TvZ then it generally is moot since both of your guys have to practice against vT anyway.
Jabberwock is the only bronze so there's no ambiguity in there at all.
Neurosis is obviously the ace... so unless zefreak wanted an easy win in his Gold match he would be placed in the ace.
The only toss up is the Gold match on TDA either DangerAI or Adapt. IMO that would far favor a Zerg player (Adapt) due to the long distance and their ability to 6-pool into expand shenanigans.
So as I see it zefreak was already handicapped this series, I could have counter picked his whole lineup if I wanted to and if I had the means.

Cam said to me after we won 3 the rest didn't matter but I insisted that your game even be played. Nor was it an hour. Also, in your butthurt rage you failed to even tell your capt you played. I told him and he was surprised because he was writing a forfeit at the time because of said match. Don't worry tho, I sent him your replays because im a nice guy.
Now as I said, fairness.

Dasende is pretty much right on, my team has 1 bronze, 2 silvers (both terran) and the only actual choices to be made were which golds would play.
Regardless, there doesn't need to be any drama because I didn't even see the thread till after everything was fixed and just picked based on maps anyways.

Despite that, its more about even playing grounds. Did vox really quit? I thought he was just really mad.

I understand that, but it's just not something that is a problem in this particular situation, since zefreak didn't even see your lineup when it was up cause he was at MLG still.
Either way, I said before that in Season 2 we will most likely not tolerate delays in sending that stuff, mainly because we don't have the time nor the patience to go after every team for them to do their job. We already do a lot of stuff for this, the least we can ask for is for everyone to be on time with the single e-mail they have to send us each week.

Goddamnit I knew I forgot something.. next event that Catz attends I will get a signed pikachu and love it forever.

No hate on the CJ face. IdrA rockin' a good look.
EDIT: I don't get the whole "too serious" thing anyway, he treats his job like a job. Nothing wrong with that, especially in a field where posting consistent results is important.

no hate here, he's playing a role. He's being the bad guy cause it gets him notoriety. He's defiantly one of the most well known sc2 pros outside korea. but he always looks like hes moments away breaking into a violent tantrum. thats why i say he takes himself too seriously.
watch catz stream, he'll be singing (poorly) along with his music. watch idra stream, he'll just be saying how much he hates sc2 and how bad his opponent is. you play a video game for a living, have some fun!

You're right. A match scheduled to go @ 10:30 goes at 11:22. Totally not an hour. I am told @ 10:30 it'll be 15 minutes, and then when I ask WTF is going on at 11 and I'm told it'll be about 10 more minutes. Double both of those and we actually get the real time I ended up waiting. Oh, and you're such a nice guy for allowing me to play the match that the rules state we need to play anyway. I did in fact let my captain know as soon as the matches were done, but didn't send the replays because I passed out about 10 minutes after the match because I was sick.
Get off your high fucking horse. If I wanted to be a rules lawyer, I could have called it a walkover after 11pm because the match wasn't played within a half-hour of the original, agreed upon start time. I'm just pointing out that you have no qualms about the rules bending in your favor, but throw a shit fit when something doesn't go your way.

Oh is this the rule youre talking about? 1 - Lineup match rule: every team submits beforehand (see rule 2) their lineup of players with their respective sets identified. On each Monday every team knows their opponent team's lineup, and each player is free to play his opposing player whenever they both agree to have the set played, and then each player reports to their captain the outcome of the set and sends him the match replay. In which you didn't follow whatsoever considering you didn't send in your replays NOR report to your captain... The imaginary rule you're talking about is set by the players respectively. As long as the game gets played by sunday night at midnight pst anything goes. But walkovers are set by the captains respectively.. as stated:
7 - Every set or match can be forfeited by a team without any justification needed. However, the power to forfeit a set or a match resides entirely on the team's captain.
So what was that about horses and rules lawyers? Yeeea. Now if you had a problem you should of went to your captain, Campanda. That's why he is there. But no you didn't. You were constantly updated on the time situation and don't pretend you weren't. Also, you're lying about telling Cam you played, I don't think he'd lie to me in his surprised state about him not even knowing you played. I talked to him after the matches were played because he msged me saying he will have to forfeit your match unless we would be kind enough to forfeit since we already won the set. Think I'm lying? Ask him yourself. You see captains talk to each other, thats what we do.
Are you talking about.. 6.1 - If one of the players doesn't show up for his set in the agreed schedule for more than an acceptable amount of time, a walkover is granted to the other team. What constitutes an acceptable amount of time is defined by management in a case-by-case basis. In which 45 mins is a weekly wait for any team on any given week and has little strength considering your captain didn't even know you were on nor did you follow through. This half hour time limit is completely made up and I think many of us would of gotten an absurd amount of walkovers in an amateur league if that even was a set time rule.
So stop throwing, what did you call it? A shit fit about being 2-0'd and waiting a little longer to play your game. In fact when you were in the CTL chat channel and you complained, I apologized already and everyone else there saw it. If this was you winning I doubt there would be such whining. And next time send in your replays like you're supposed to instead of getting so mad and storming off when you want to try and quote rules.
Edit:Grammar and spelling.
