I was not "constantly updated" on when the match would start. I was told it would start in 15 minutes, and then after a half hour I had to ask again and was told it would start in ten (which, again, it did not). He did not once tell me when we were going to play without me having to ask first, and even then the times were incorrect. You were not in the chat with Leave and myself, so you have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. I was not given time to warm up, and you could definitely tell that by the way I played in the first match. I've been 2-0'd by Leave before, so that was not unexpected, but being misled on the time and not allowed to warm up made it even more of an advantage. And yes, I've requested that captains change their players for less than that amount of time when we had a definite, agreed-upon time. Most of them have been happy to do it. I couldn't bring that issue up with you because you weren't even on, as you were the one we had to wait for, and even if I did, what would you have said? The options at the moment were either demanding Leave play without his captain's orders or withdrawing myself despite the fact that I was ready to play at the agreed upon time.
Oh, and if we're talking rules, there's this nugget from page 22: "It's not official yet, but we're looking at having a half-hour period after a scheduled match time for games to begin. This would apply to set, specific times - if the closest you and your opponent can agree upon is a 3 hour window, there isn't anything we can do if they don't show up for the first two and a half hours. We're still tweaking it because we do want to allow rescheduling because not having matches played just sucks all around, but it gets really hard to reschedule as the week goes on and is nigh impossible on Sunday." Go ahead and check, I didn't even have to edit it.

Your captain was on bnet. You were in bnet. Any specific reason you didn't just msg him? Also leave tole me you were constantly updated. You stated you kept waiting and waiting but cry you didn't get a get a chance to warm up? Just say"derp ima warm up really fast while I wait.". That's not difficult to do. Not sure what warming up a dt all in would of helped much.
Now cam updated me like an hour ago you did pm him on tl. But I talked to him before you dis and he msged me before you did because common sense dictates its pretty easy to just msg him in game. But no you spent that precious time crying in ctl chat.
Now for the rules. Its not official or in the op so that sad attempt is moot. Still you didn't send in your Replays which breaks the rules. If you were so miserable you should of communicated with your captain on replacing you with anyone but no. Excuses are easy to come by.
Now fir proof on cam and I talking. Fucking talk to him. Though its obvious you are lacking communication in that area. He will back me up in it. And to seal the point, despite you crying about me wanting fair rules and you not even following them based on sensing replays in on time, even if I gave you a walkover to shut you up. You still lose the match. So fruitless rage is fruitless.

Point A: I didn't message him on Bnet because I like having proof of my communication, and because during the time after the game I was on he was in-game and/or away; I cannot recall. I do most of my talking with him via PM anyway, because that's what I prefer to do. Just because I don't do it the way you would doesn't mean I didn't do it.
Point B: How can I warm up when I don't know if the game will start in 15, 30, 40, 45, or 52 minutes? Did you possibly think that the reason I did a shitty DT all in was because I wasn't warmed up at all?
Point C: Why am I responsible for finding a replacement for myself when it is my opponent's team who has instructed him he is not to play until the rest of his team is there? Why aren't you responsible for making your observer schedule actually coincides with the match? Why should I take myself out of it if I'm on time and ready to go?
Point D: That rule has been the threshold for walkovers since week 3, except in the cases in which captains have mutually agreed on walkovers. Case-by-case management basis that I later provided a guideline to. Admittedly unofficial, but in those cases where teams demanded walkovers I and other admins used that as the basis. You know what else isn't in the official rule set? That players can't change races at a whim, or blink bot hacks, or a lot of other patently obvious stuff.
Point E: Oh god, my replay would have been several hours late. I should probably retire from CTL administration for this utter disregard of a rule that every team has ignored one or more times this season.

so i have a question: will plat players be allowed to play in the next season of CTL? a lot of players, myself and zefreak included, got promoted to plat this season and I really want to play next season... should we add a poll to see what people think?

I cannot say 100 % for certain because the admin's schedules have been difficult to line up to discuss everything, but most of us are leaning towards adding platinum. Basically, I would plan on it, but we'll definitely let everyone know for sure one way or the other after this week.
