But here is what bothers me. Handful of teams keep sending new or rocky players in order to rise new talents, which usually would be nice and strategically right, but now, when BW is near its end, why keep doing that? I mean next season of PL probably will be the last one (yeah, I know, I don't want that to be true either), and team will not have benefits from developing new talents. Planning for future seems not to be wise move at the moment.

Lots of players comment that another player on their team is great in practice but when they get into the booth, everything fades away. I have no doubts that most Terrans in most teams have similar mechanics to some of the top players, same with the brotoss and same with the zerg. It's not really about that. It's about whether or not a player can plan a game out and execute it perfectly. It's also about whether or not a player has the ability to stay cool under fire.

I've seen B teamers clean mines in an attack so well that one pushed through a terran without obs (he seriously microed as well as Bisu in that vs Flash game on HBR). I'm sure enough of them have impeccable mechanics. They just have to learn to play under pressure.

Not sure why he wouldn't insist on making some vultures for map control for the late game though. He already had map control and while vultures are never really a "bad" idea they aren't as effective as they could be on Sniper Ridge. Bogus needed better tank placement combined with good turret cover and he needed to upgrade to 3-3 on his bio and +3 weapon on his tanks. He was 2-2 on bio and 0-0 on metal at the end of the game, which is a huge lapse. Bio dies soooo fast to ling/ultra if you aren't fully upgraded. But, other than those mistakes he played brilliantly. I suspect he was too busy on control to pay proper attention to those details and then eventually forgot.

Planning for future seems not to be wise move at the moment. I've seen many commentaries like your's in the past few months and it always bothered me a bit. If we keep anticipating the end of the BW scene, it will obviously end soon enough. I mean, if we keep showing interest it will go on for a couple of years. OGN still has a big public watching SC and they want to keep it that way. The teams train rookies so the scene cannot end just because there is no more players in the poll. I've read an interview that Flash made when he came out of surgery and he looked so confident about BW. He talked about the game like he'll still play it professionally in three, four or even five years, and seriously, I believe in it. I don't want to be over-optimistic, but I don't think being so pessimist is going to keep BW alive, in my opinion.
