My questions to the community are simply would you buy such a game were it to emerge and do you think Blizzard has any plans for it. MMO/SinglePlayer or else.
I think it's something I would probably buy but only after reading a few positive reviews, for Blizzard to delve in FPS/action would be quite a step and I don't know how their first contemporary effort at this would go.

Blizzard cancelled the game because it did not meet their standards. They might go back to it but it is highly unlikely, considering they are trying to release, d3, panda land wow expansion, HOTS, and their new MMO. They cancelled Blizzcon for this reason, if it is true or not I do not know. After these are released they will need to work on the next WoW expansion and new MMO Expansion. a D3 expansion, and LOTV SC2 expansion.
Blizzard should engage in developing a resident evil/Dino Crisis/Martian Gothic style game with awesome but drakish graphics (something like Alan Wake). First Person shooter God NO!
I remember SCG. Too bad they never released it, looked like it'd have been awesome. I liked the Splinter Cell look. But yeah...so many projects coming from Blizz, so I doubt they'll ever release it. Besides, the fact they included Nova in SC2 means they decided to include the fully fleshed out character somewhere rather than let it die. But yeah, if they ever release it, I'd buy it. Being a Ghost? Awesomesauce!
It was epic because we hadn't heard anything from Blizzards Starcraft since Brood War. Now that I know what they're up to I'm firmly in the grounds of NO THANKS ALL SET
TBH, if a game as far developed as Ghost were cancelled it probably was really, really bad. But, but, but.... I was looking forward to it for some time.

I'm fairly sure I read somewhere it would be based on a brand new IP? Don't have a link or anything, I think it was mentioned in last year's Blizzcon maybe.
