I'll watch the games after KSL tonight I think vs. Inca: Inca DT rushed. Polt didn't have an Engineering Bay. Game over. vs. Zenio: Long game. Polt macroed hard, upgraded better and was never really behind. Had some nice micro with medivacs avoiding bane hits. vs. Losira: Went for a weird all-in. Failed. Then went BitbyBit to see if he could win and could have won if he microed his hellions better, but the banes hit him. vs. Virus: Pretty much the same as Zenio game. Long game. Polt destroyed Virus' third and got a huge lead. Eventually had twice the bases of Virus, ran him over with twenty tanks and finished it. He played well in the longer games, but lost to DT's and a weird all-in strategy that would have worked if Losira didn't get the banelings at the right time.
Hmm fair enough.. too bad Zenio had the last win and the DT rush. Polt should deffinately be in Code S. We'll just have to wait for next code A and hopefully he wins a few rounds and goes straight into Code S

Yeah, in terms of who played the best out of all the players in the group, I would say Polt played the best games alongside Zenio.
Inca got through with DT shenanigans and fell apart when he didn't have that crutch to lean on. Losira played decent, but threw a game away he should have won against Zenio. Polt played very well in his two standard games, showing that his talent is above Zenio/Virus when it comes to the respective match-up.
If he had only scouted the hidden Dark Shrine in the first game or didn't let his hellions die to banelings, he would have advanced. Unlucky.

Polt is a busy guy. He got far in the Gigabyte S2 finals but lost to Kas 2-1.
But he also won the Millennium Cup today. His road to the title was Hero, Stephano, Mana, and then 3-0'ing Thorzain.

...wow isn't the Gigabyte finals on the EU server?
That's suppose to be unplayable. Welll.... maybe TvT is somewhat playable (hough a lot of micro-heavy things are thrown out) and TvP is somewhat... playable with timings... but TvZ sounds unplayable.

His games against Thorzain were very impressive. Especially G2. He contained ThorZaIN with tank-marine and choked him to death.
He might have to go down to Code A, but he got a cool $900 in his bank account. Hopefully he continues competing in foreign tournaments. Maybe he'll get an invite to Homestory.

This is kinda ridiculous. I wake up this morning and check my twitter app. Apparently 8 h ago, Polt had started to stream (about the time I went to bed ) and check further up to see that he had started streaming once again, 3 h ago! I check TL to see that he is still online, finally! I can watch Polt's magnificient play. So I decided to procrastinate all of my morning plans to see him play.
I log in, he is afk. Apparently he is having a bathroom break, so I decide to take a quick shower (procrastinate and all, I could squeeze in a routine I thought).
I come back to the computer, shake the mouse to get rid of the black screen, log in; NOOOOOOOOO!
Stream is offline, no more Polt!!!!!

Doesn't Polt have to go back to school at the beginning of the year? And he was just starting to really make a name for himself outside of the Super Tournament...

Indeed, but it's.... just not the same thing
Maybe I'm being too picky about it, but I feel that I would rather want to watch it live......
Thanks though! :D
Probably will watch it when I get too desperate XD
Edit: Yes, finally, Polt is at it again, and I'mat a LAN, being up, around the clock :D

Does anybody know the name of that song playing on Polt's stream RIGHT NOW?

Playing Sen on stream right now. His last couple TvZ's looked amazing, this should be an awesome game.

Hello! Both luckily and unluckily for me, I had to play a bo3 against Polt in the first round of the HomerJ Xmas Cup! I could not share the replays until now because of the InCa "incident" (wave of bans) therefore I am only posting it now.
I wondered at first if I would post them or not, since I played terribly bad and the games aren't really interesting, but it's always cool to grab replays of favorites players so I post them.

Ah, nice, much appreciated, thank you very much! Always fun to see Polt's games! Unlucky for me though, I don't have acces to SC2 until after New Year, so I can't watch the replays right now. It's okay to feel ashamed about your play against Polt, I mean, if he can make MMA look like a scrub, who can't he outplay? :-P
