Hi there Pandemic109,
It is because of our partnership with Caesar's that we are able to offer reserved seating. You have to have a room reservation to get a reserved seat at the Circus Maximus theatre.

Thank god for Koreans! Koreans make live tourneys soooo much more intense and interesting.

Mmm.. no toss yet. I sense a bosstoss invite :DDD

Awesome!!! Caeser's Palace is a great venue

Hey IGN, another quick question:
Can you comment on whether Caesars / Bally's will be taking bets on matches? There is a rumor that there will be open betting on games and just wondering if that's true.
-- If it's true, what steps are you taking to ensure the quality of matches?
EDIT: There will be no betting on matches and IGN made that pretty clear in a middle post which was sneaky and small so I didn't read it. FAIL.

mm didnt understand the format completely, you should do a nice picture explaining it all , like when mlg started with the pools.

Sorry to belabor the point, but many Vegas casinos allow action on weird stuff as long as there is sufficient interest. Does IGN specifically have a deal with Caesars Entertainment Corp to not take any action on the games?
[And sorry for the earlier post where I missed Alex.IGN's very clear response.]

Man, October can't come soon enough.
This is going to be great!
Hopefully Mana and Ra will be back

Apparantly there's booze, which I've always felt was missing from pro SC2. Makes me wish I lived somewhere near atlantic city.

Hey, guys, just logged here to say that IPL is damn awesome, it's the best tournament to watch the stream, and since is so constant, IPL to me is my main "TV" time.
Keep up the good work and reflect about making even more tournaments, the sheer volume of games with commentators like cats pajamas and painuser will make IPL a standard stream amongst us SC2 players
GO GO IPL!

Come on IGN send an invite to Nerchio,Stephano,MaNa and White-ra if any1 deservers an invite its those 4:D

Its a casino... of course theres booze. And MLG lets you bring whatever too so theres booze a lot of places.
I got told.
Well my question is then... is there a limit to people per room, don't say 2. Also how does the reserved seating in the Gold package work? Diamond / Plat offer front section, how does gold work as far as seats. Is it like whoever buys first gets the better seats?

The invitees would be to Euro centric. Hopefully, a couple of koreans will be invited to round out the list. So far good choices imo.

As long as White-Ra is there

Also this ticket pricing is kinda bullshit. Four friends want to go to see IPL. They want to share a room, they want good seats. They can't purchase the higher packages because they would all have to get individual rooms which would cost a fuckton of money.
You guys made a retarded deal, good luck getting people to pay for anything over bronze.
umm no, read again carefully:
Register at eventbrite.com and select which package types you wish to purchase. (Diamond, Platinum, Gold) Eventbrite allows for multiple tickets to be purchased under one transaction, so if you are part of a hotel group, it is recommended that you register with the same group as your hotel group. Print out and bring the confirmation page with you to the event.
It also says it is RECOMMENDED, which implies that multiple passes can be tied to one room indirectly; it's just that it would be easier if it was done all in one transaction.
I think YOU should read carefully again.

Reading is for chumps, thanks for doing my dirty work.
Happy birthday <3

If myself and four friends are only planning to be there for say, the final day, do we all still need to pay the full bronze pass amount for our badges?
