Media Player Classic (Win2k/XP zip direct link)
(This can be done with other torrent clients and media players, but this guide only covers these)
Before downloading
1. In uTorrent, go to Options -> Preferences (Shortcut: Ctrl-P)
2. Under the Downloads section, uncheck "Show a window that displays the files inside the torrent", hit OK

Optional, for the super paranoid:
3. Hide (by right-clicking on any column header) or shrink the Size, Completed, and Remaining columns.

Now load the torrent file. When it's done downloading, it'll move from Downloading to Completed.
To watch
1. Load up Media Player Classic
2. Go to the View menu and uncheck Seek Bar and Status (shortcuts: Ctrl-1 and Ctrl-5)
3. Load up Explorer, find the download directory
4. Drag and drop the torrent directory onto Media Player Classic. This will load all the files into the playlist and start playing the first one.
Navigation:
Ctrl+Right: Forward 5 seconds
Ctrl+Left: Back 5 seconds
Under View -> Options -> Player -> Keys you can also set a key for forward (or back) 20 seconds. It's called "Jump Forward (large)".
