has anyone played this UMS game, and what did youse think? me and my friend just clocked it with Templar and Mage, it was a lot of fun. basically it's like Diablo you go 'round killing baddies and gain experience and upgrade your characters - there's lots of little tricks such as cloaking to kill buildings and big boss characters such as Reavers with lots of hit points. anyway, at the end the person who made the map says thanks for playing then lists like three other games he also made - does anyone know what they're called and where i can download them? and for anyone who wants to download Legend of the Magi it's available here

well the main purpose of the post was to ask what the other games were in case anyone else knew, as i can't be bothered going through it again to see the end, but also it's definitely a good game that i would recommend and worth playing if you have about one hour to spare (better with friends, it's a 5-player thing with 5 character classes but you can play by yourself too)

ive had a chance to play it and im really getting pissed off. The triggers are well done, and theres only been once or twice that ive found a glitch.

Heres my problem, the fucking health of these damm "spikey plants"...FFS 800hp!!!! it takes me 5 trips back to town to kill one.

Also, i wish you could camp your arbiter right beside the hotel :p

It's pretty fun. Beginning is kinda slow when you have to tp all the time. After you get aura shield for tempy it goes faster though.

It seems he had plans to make other maps, but I don't know if he's actually made any of them or not.

Yea, I remember this RPG. I never found the others he made either. I think they probably died with his hard drive. You might try to go to a UMS map maker community and ask them. Most of the better clans are on Us East. clan [U] Unknown would be a good try.

Heh. Haven't played Dii in years. Anyone know where I can dl it? My discs are at home (and I'm at uni). Will need a CD key too but I'd be playing it offline so it wouldn't need to be unique.

Anyway, this game seemed to be on the slow side, and since you have to keep going all the way back after healing, it was extremely annoying at start. It gets better after a while, but no significant improvements are made to your character (unlike in han kuji). Still a fun game nonetheless

You beat it with templar + mage? How did you kill air like the guardians, did you just run past them or something? O_o

Testie and I just beat it with Templar [i.e., zealot] (Me) and Treetop Warrior [i.e., ghost] (Him).

I was mage. he has psy storm, and later the mage gets a 'blood pet' (defiler) so plauge and psy storm can deal with the few air units.

you can probably solo it with just zealot. DT is very strong.
