Oz looked pretty good in the ro32 and solid at iem besides the final. I'd like to see him make it out of the group today

the way it all shook out Oz has a great chance of advancing. but nothing is guaranteed with these three...

I hope and actually expect Jaedong to advance... his ZvT should carry him, and definitely has a decent chance against Oz as well.

I hope Oz gets through but honestly, everybody can beat everybody here. Would've been more fun with viOLet there as that would've expanded the whole scheme and still everybody had a good shot

Looks like Oz gets out for sure now. He's been doing alright lately and Jaedong ZvP...

then I think the Dong is too stronk for Ryung and will beat him twice.

I'm hoping Oz wins cause of JvP but Jaedong did beat him in the IEM qualifiers not that long ago

Yeah, the group becomes more of a toss up with only three players, all of whom are at quite similar skill levels, imo.

Im guessing that they sort of had to scramble to put together the setup at the studios after the fire that occurred at their previously booked venue. I bet it'll be open by RO8.

I wish they'd find a different system for these 3-man groups, maybe round robin bo5 or something (same number of games for the spectators, fair to all players, no advantages due to luck of the draw)

(depends on the timing of the announcement though, it would render preparation for the DQ'd opponent worthless, but I guess thats the case in any scenario)

I think it's pretty clear what *should* happen in this group (sorry Ryung :o) but bo3 we could yet be surprised. if violet was here then he could throw some wrenches into precedings... he could've upset Oz, and Jaedong proved to be beatable in ZvZ (HyuN) recently which has always been a volatile matchup even tho Jaedong has proven to be a monster there.

I'm very curious to see Jaedong go up against Oz and see how his ZvP has progressed.
