Tossgirl can play offline in Shanghai and Bisu and sSak can play online. They will play with Chinese pro players. They will play BW, not SC2.
But there are invitation fees. Inviting Bisu requires 4000 yuan ($650), Tossgirl 3000 yuan($490) , and sSak 1000 yuan ($160).

But I don't think the website accepts any currency other than RMB.
