Anyway, if ex-BW pros are that cheap, we should just make our own tournament. ><

Not sure what the original article says (broken link) but if I'm understanding this right, it's pretty funny that the organizers require Tossgirl to be there in-person. The link is broken because the forum goes for routine maintenance every night. I translated the original article, so it's almost the same. They didn't say anything else special.

I can't guarantee it's not a scam but it's most likely not, as other famous BW websites in China are reposting this like a big news. If you go to the fundraising website, you click on the first picture with the word "FBL", which means First Blood League, then it will direct you to the actual website for fundraising. That final website is Taobao, which is the biggest online marketplace in China (and in the world) with a pretty secure payment system. And the price they ask for it's 10 yuan for one person, which is $1.7. And it shows that it already sold 190 times. I have no idea why they post a link that require you to redirect twice though. They didn't post much info about the event. I guess it's just a show match. The Chinese organizers in these fansites are very casual and unorganized. They don't do the EG kinda big announcement with well-written articles and pics. It's their style.

Anyway, it would be better to grab the more active famous progamers like mOvie / killer / Sea Tossgirl doesn't make tons of sense, but SSak is active and Bisu...well the novelty is enough to make it cool. Not to mention Bisu was well ahead of most of the other Afreeca guys in terms of skill. I guess it depends on how rusty he is, but even with some rust he still might be ok to go.
