this was when kespa ran broodwar and when SPL played broodwar, boxer left kespar ran broodwar for sc2 and was banned from playing kespa ran broodwar for said 3 years. now kespa runs sc2 and no-one runs broodwar. theres no goverment body governing broodwar at the moment as far as i can tell so there are no sanctions. | ||
